Brittany Marryott is extremely excited to have the opportunity to create such an amazing event like The Heist. She began climbing in college and like most climbers, instantly became addicted.

After working as an event planner in college, Britt started working with Jason Danforth and Pete Ward as a part of the NE2C family and it wasn't long before the boys put her in charge of the office. As Office Manager and Head of Event Logistics, she was a pivotal part of events like the Eastern Mountain Sports Nor’easter and the Unified Bouldering Championships Pro Tour. With over 8 years of experience in the Events and Competition world, she continues to work with large scale events like USA Climbing Nationals, the Boulder Colorado World Cup and Boulder Bash at Dominion River Rock.

Andrea Brennen fell in love with climbing at Oregon's Smith Rock about 8 years ago. Since then, she's been lucky enough to have the opportunity to climb in all kinds of beautiful places across the U.S. and the Middle East.

Over the past few years, Andrea's been involved with multiple high profile events in the climbing industry, setting and forerunning for MetroRock's Dark Horse Championship and running real-time scoring at ABS Nationals (using a scoreboard system she developed with STNCL-co-founder Chris Brown.) And now with The Heist, she's incredibly excited to be creating an event that celebrates women in the industry.

When she's not climbing, Andrea works as an artist and designer at MIT.

Central Rock Gym has been an invaluable partner in making The Heist a reality. In addition to providing a home for the event and donating resources to help it succeed, the staff has been incredibly supportive of the vision of a comp that is produced and set by women for women.
